THE ROOSTER AND THE DIAMOND!
Some refuse Christ out of 'indifference'.
The great mass of men have not a thought
above their meat and their drink.
Like the rooster that found the
diamond on the dunghill,
they turn it over and wish it were a grain of barley.
What do they care for heaven, or the pardon of sin?
Their mind does not reach to that.
