If God would forsake us

"Your enemy, the Devil, prowls around like a roaring
 lion, looking for someone to devour!" (1 Peter 5:8)

God does not forsake His people in their extremities. If
God would forsake us
but an instant--we would be torn
to pieces by the fiery talons of a thousand hellish destroyers!
